Brandon Marshall, the 6′ 4″, 230 pound wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, was subpoenaed by prosecutors to come in and speak about his wife’s stabbing on April 22.
The 27 year old, two time pro-bowler, Brandon Marshall, was stabbed by his wife earlier this year and hasn’t spoken to authorities since the incident, was forced to come in and tell his side of the story after Michi, his wife, was recently arrested again.
Brandon last spoke to the authorities when the stabbing occurred, in which he said that he fell on broken glass vase, of which he has recovered fully.
His wife later reported that she stabbed him in self-defense. She was arrested on the charge of ‘aggravated battery with a deadly weapon’ by police in South Florida.
Michi Nogam-Marshall was released with special pretenses, and ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from the home, but was caught staying there while Brandon was out of town when he returned.
An argument broke out between the two and 911 was called, but the phone was hung up. The police arrived shortly there after and found Michi there, she was arrested for violating her pre-trial release.
