Antonin Teisseire, a 25 year veteran of the game of poker and professional poker player, wins his first WSOP bracelet and brings home another win for France.
Antonin Teisseire who is known as being a very happy go lucky guy, who loves to drink & loves to eat, took down event #50 the $5,000 triple chance No-Limit Hold’em tournament at the World Series of Poker.
It was his first big win and his third major cash. His first being a third place finish at Partouche Poker Tour’s Grand Final in Cannes, France where he made $490,000.
Teisseire learned to play poker in the underground and home games in France, and is the fourth Frenchman to bring home a title thus far in this year’s WSOP race.
Teisseire is 45 years old and has a lifetime tournament earnings of $1,469,390. There were 817 entries in the tourney, and after 32 levels with blinds at 60,000 / 120,000 and a 15,000 ante, Teisseire came out on top with his first win. The total prize pool was $3,839,000 and Teisseire won $825,604.
